Aligned living with Harriet Midwood
Befriend your mind and body

Who am I?
Hi, I’m Harriet (though you can call me Harry), and I’m a mental health practitioner dedicated to helping you create your healthiest, grounded self.

I’ve spent years walking this journey myself, while studying and training through internationally respected institutions, until I found something that genuinely works. Every step of my journey has been driven by one goal: to understand the messy human experience more deeply so I can guide myself and others through their own self-creation.

If you’re burned out, struggling with unhealthy patterns, or curious about who you are beneath the noise, what you’re capable of and how to move toward a content, more grounded version of yourself... well, you're in the right place.
What I offer
Happiness isn’t a feeling - it’s an orientation toward life. It’s about living in a way that feels meaningful and fulfilling, and learning to value the lows as much as the highs. When we stop chasing happiness, peace becomes a natural by-product.

I support individuals in creating a more balanced, intentional, and fulfilling life through an evidence-based approach that blends Western psychology with Eastern somatic practices, offering practical tools for real, lasting change.

The mind and body function as one system. When we try to heal only through thinking, we often stay stuck. My approach works with both the mind and the body, helping you understand the whole system and giving you tools to support long-term wellbeing.
